MOSTAR, June 3 (Hina) - The international community is very
interested in the latest events in the Croatian Democratic Union of
Bosnia-Herzegovina and the plans of Bosnian Presidency Croat
member Kresimir Zubak to establish a new party, Martin Garrod, head
of the Mostar regional office of the international High
Representative for BH, said Wednesday.
Garrod welcomed the growing pluralism in BH and emphasised there
was great interest in the platform of the new party, the Bosnian-
Herzegovinian Croatian Democratic Union, which will be presented
June 14.
Asked whether the new party may register for the September
elections in BH, the head of the Organisation for Security and
Cooperation in Europe office in Mostar, David Foley, told reporters
a decision would be made by the Transitional Election Commission,
since the registration deadline had expired.
