MOSTAR, Dec 24 (Hina) - Tihomir Begic, spokesman for the chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Ante Jelavic, on Friday confirmed the Bosniak Presidency member Alija Izetbegovic today vetoed a Thursday conclusion of the
state Presidency, according to which a law is necessary to regulate the process of decision-making in the BH Council of Ministers, which should be based on consensus, parity and rotation, as is the case with the Parliament's House of People and the BH Presidency. The Croat and Serb members of the Presidency, Ante Jelavic and Zivko Radisic respectively, agreed with the proposal at today's session of the Presidency, whereas Izetbegovic opposed it. In a letter to Jelavic and Radisic, Izetbegovic said the conclusion was contrary to the BH Constitution and detrimental to the national interests of the Bosniak (Muslim) people.
