ZAGREB, Dec 7 (Hina) - One special police pyrotechnist was killed and another lightly injured in a mine explosion near Skabrnja, central Croatian coastal area, at 10.30 a.m. on Tuesday. According to an Interior Ministry statement, the
killed Adrijano Dobrilovic and the injured Ivan Harambasa were members of the Istra County special police who were establishing the exact borders of mine-fields and marking areas for future humanitarian demining. Also taking part in the works were special police pyrotechnists from Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, Varazdin County, and Lika-Senj County. The works were carried out at the demand of and cooperation with the Croatian Demining Centre.
