STRASBOURG, Dec 3 (Hina) - Education ministers from southeastern European countries on Friday finished a two-day meeting in Strasbourg by adopting a final document about recommendations for the Council of Europe Ministerial Committee
concerning actions aimed at supported reforms which are under way in school systems and education for human rights. Nine Education Ministers, including Nansi Ivanisevic of Croatia, suggested to the Ministerial Council that actions of the Council of Europe be concentrated on four fields. The ministers expect from Council of Europe experts to continue assisting legal and structural reforms of the educational system and its functions. They should also help assess results of educational policies. Their assistance in defining educational standards and development of new information technologies is also welcome. We shall try seriously to solve issues such as the study of

European countries on Friday finished a two-day meeting in
Strasbourg by adopting a final document about recommendations for
the Council of Europe Ministerial Committee concerning actions
aimed at supported reforms which are under way in school systems and
education for human rights.

We shall try seriously to solve issues such as the study of history,
foreign languages, reforms of legislation concerning the national
heritage and the joint legacy, said Croatia's Education Minister
Nansi Ivanisevic adding that a lack of money in each country as well
as in assistance of the international community was viewed as a
major problem.
