said during the lecture held under the title of "Council of Europe standards - hypothesis of future Euro-Atlantic integration" in Zagreb on Friday. "The path to Brussels from our regions necessarily goes through Strasbourg", Matek stressed and explained that all European institutions were connected and that their standpoints were more or less harmonised. "The Council of Europe nowadays is the instance on whose evaluation depends what kind of references a country will have in Euro-Atlantic integration", he stressed.
