ZAGREB, Nov 29 (Hina) - The Greek Foreign Ministry's Diplomatic Academy organised in Athens between 22 and 28 November a seminar on the European Union (EU) as part of a protocol on cooperation with the Croatian Foreign Ministry.
According to a statement the Croatian ministry released on Monday, the bilateral seminar for young diplomats was the first of its kind organised with a EU member-country. Croatian Assistant Foreign Minister Vladimir Drobnjak addressed the seminar on the Stability Pact for Southeast Europe, while Mladen Andrlic, the manager of the Croatian Foreign Ministry's Diplomatic Academy, spoke about regional cooperation in Europe. A memorandum on cooperation between Croatia's and Greece's diplomatic academies was signed on 24 November in the presence of Greek Foreign Minister Georgios Papandreu.
