PARIS PARIS, Nov 8 (Hina) - Croatian Education Minister Nensi Ivanisevic on Monday held talks in Paris with UNESCO Assistant Chief Manager Colin Power, discussing the general situation in the Croatian schooling system and
possibilities of further cooperation with UNESCO in the field of education. Power and associates were especially interested in the contents of a national human rights education programme, which the Croatian government recently adopted. UNESCO experts were engaged in the making of the programme, which should be introduced in Croatia towards the end of the month via the first education staff training seminars. "The programme has been assessed favourably and will probably adopted as a model for other countries," Ivanisevic told reporters after the talks with UNESCO officials.
