to perform his duties. According to unconfirmed information from the Government, the issue of the President's temporary disability should be discussed at a Government session Friday. Ahead of the Government session, Prime Minister Zlatko Matesa should hold talks with the President's doctors' consultation and become informed of the President's health. The Government would then hold a session, formulate a written motion and forward it to the Constitutional Court. issue of the President's temporary disability should be discussed

According to a Constitutional Law adopted by the Croatian National
Parliament on Wednesday, the procedure for establishing the
temporary disability is motioned by the Government on which the
Constitutional Court should reach a decision within 24 hours.
The HDZ Presidency convened Thursday for the third time without
President Tudjman on the helm. According to the alphabetical order,
the session should be chaired by HDZ vice-president Mate Granic.
