TRAVNIK/BUGOJNO, Nov 10 (Hina) - A special representative of the High Representative in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Ulrich Bucher, has requested the mayor of the central Bosnian town of Bugojno, Mustafa Strukar, to secure school facilities
for the children of Croat returnees. In a letter to the Bugojno mayor, Bucher recalled that the first deputy to the High Representative, Ralph Johnson, had in late August requested that school facilities be secured unconditionally for the children of Croat returnees to Bugojno. Bucher also reminded that the OHR would tolerate parallel schooling systems until they are adjusted to a joint plan and curriculum, which will respect the right to culture of all constituent peoples in Bosnia-Herzegovina. that as the municipal head, he was responsible for securing school
