MOSTAR REGIONAL OHR MOSTAR, Nov 9 (Hina) - Muslim officials in bodies of authority in Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, the City of Mostar, and municipalities in the canton decided at a Tuesday meeting to "freeze" relations with the Mostar
Regional Office of the High Representative (OHR). According to a statement released after the meeting, the decision is the result of the fact that the "HDZ (Bosnian Croatian Democratic Union) is completely blocking the work of the Canton, towns, and municipalities, and moreover, the decisions of the HR and the agreements on Mostar which have been signed are not being implemented." The participants in today's meeting said in the future they would cooperate exclusively with the central OHR in Sarajevo, and that they would request a meeting with the HR. The Muslim officials will also request talks with the highest

to focus on "the elimination of accumulated difficulties in
Herzegovina-Neretva Canton."
