ZAGREB, Oct 13 (Hina) - Croatian state attorney Berislav Zivkovic declined to comment on Wednesday on the request of war crimes suspect Mladen Naletilic Tuta's defence attorney that the state attorney and his deputy Slavko Zadnik be
exempted from proceedings relative to Naletilic's extradition to The Hague. Zivkovic explained how decisions on exemptions are made. Talking to Hina, he said the Law on Criminal Procedure stipulates that the decision on the exemption of the deputy state attorney is made by the state attorney, whereas the decision on the exemption of the state attorney is made by a body of 13 deputy state attorneys. Zivkovic said he would forward in writing his decision on the exemption of Zadnik to the Supreme Court. The Croatian Supreme Court postponed a discussion on Naletilic's
appeal to a decision on his extradition until 15 October, by which
