ZAGREB, Oct 20 (Hina) - Croatian Education and Sports Minister Nansi Ivanisevic on Wednesday received representatives of the Croat minority in Hungary, who are on a visit to Zagreb, the Education and Sports Ministry said in a
statement. The Hungarian state, the delegation said, was securing all conditions for Croats to have classes in their mother tongue and Croatia was helping them with books and magazines in Croatian, with equipment necessary for holding classes, and by enabling a dozen Croats from Hungary to attend colleges in Croatia. A problem which cropped up in the recent years is the poor command or no command at all of Croatian of young people, which is interpreted as a lack of motivation for learning the native language.
