ZAGREB, Oct 15 (Hina) - On October 11, Croatian Army started to examine new assault riffle "Tavor", made in a joint Croatian-Israeli project. The riffle is to be manufactured in Croatia. After the examination of "Tavor", the public
will be informed of results, head of the Croatian Interior Ministry's administration for production Zdravko Pavelic told Hina on Friday. Croatian soldiers will be using ten riffles for two weeks during their regular exercises, after which a group of experts will give their evaluation on whether the riffle suits Croatian Army needs, Pavelic stressed.
