STARA GRADISKA, Oct 5 (Hina) - A Bosnian Serb military inspection team arrived in Croatia on Tuesday to inspect Croatian weaponry in keeping with an agreement on subregional weaponry control. The inspection team was headed by the head
of the Bosnian Serb army Verification Centre's Inspection Department, Djuro Josipovic. Inspections of this kind began in July 1996 and were interrupted this spring during NATO's air strikes against the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, with which Bosnia's Serb entity had sided. According to Ivica Klen, deputy head of the Reception Department at the Croatian Defence Ministry's Disarmament Supervision Office, the Bosnian Serb team will view a military object somewhere in southern Croatia, and in doing so will be accompanied by German, American, French, and British officers. To date, inspection teams of both the Bosnian Serb army and the
Croatian Defence Ministry have had not difficulty in their dozen
inspections.
Members of the Bosnian Serb team expressed hope the good
cooperation would continue.
