The HCR deputy head, Josip Tulicic informed the Chinese officials
of the organisation of the Croatian Mine Removal Centre and the
system of humanitarian mine removal projects in Croatia.
Tulicic told his guest that after military and police operations of
"Storm" and "Flash", which liberation a part of Croatian territory
from the Serb occupation in 1995, mine removal projects were mostly

Wang Debao told Hina that after his incoming visit to the HCR, the
two sides would talk on possible cooperation. According to him, the
Chinese Government expressed a wish to help Croatia and contribute
to the struggle against explosive devices.
The Chinese officials also visited a location near central Croatian
town of Petrinja where a mine removal project was being conducted by
the "Piper" company.
