MOSTAR, Oct 7 (Hina) - Representatives of ten opposition parties on Thursday signed a protocol on the cooperation of centre and left-centre parties in Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, Bosnia-Herzegovina's Federation. These parties include
also parties with Croat and Moslem pre-modifiers. This has been the first case in a canton of the Moslem-Croat Federation that Moslem and Croat political parties conclude together such agreement. The protocol on the cooperation of centre and left-centre parties does not still present the creation of a coalition, said signatories at a news conference in Mostar. Milivoj Gagro of the Croatian Peasants' Party (HSS) was elected for the head of this co-ordination. Parties in this co-ordination are the Liberal Party and the Civic
Democratic Party (which were members of the Coalition for the

it due to the SDA domination), the Croatian Peasants' Party, the
Croatian People's Community, the Liberal-Bosniak Organisation,
the New Croatian Initiative, the BosnianHerzegovinian Patriotic
Party, the Republican Party, the BosnianHerzegovinian Democratic
Alternative and an independent candidate, Elmir Hadzialic.
The signatories intend to develop a multicultural and
multinational community and advocate the return of a greater number
of refugees as well as to help create conditions for free media and
stimulate implementation of the Stability Pact.
