ZAGREB, Sept 21 (Hina) - Croatian President Franjo Tudjman on Tuesday met a former German Vice Chancellor and Foreign Minister, Hans Dietrich Genscher, who is on a visit to Croatia presenting the Croatian edition of his book, the
President's Office said in a statement. The two officials assessed that Croatia had made considerable progress since its international recognition, but that possibilities for improving its cooperation with Germany and Euro-Atlantic associations were numerous. Present at the meeting at President Tudjman's side were his Chief-of-Staff Ivica Kostovic, Deputy Foreign Minister Ivo Sanader, and Croatian Ambassador to Germany, Zoran Jasic.
