ZAGREB, Sept 9 (Hina) - Croatian Justice Minister Zvonimir Separovic is scheduled to visit the International Court of Justice (ICJ) Monday. Minister Separovic will represent Croatia in the case against the Federal Republic of
Yugoslavia. Separovic will hold talks with the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) president Gabrielle Kirk McDonald, and will present her with a document on cooperation between Croatia and the ICTY, a so called White Book. The court proceedings in which Croatia sues Yugoslavia for violating the Convention on Genocide will start before the International Court of Justice on Monday, the Croatian Justice Ministry reported.
