Croatia's priorities as regards its foreign policy and added Croatia's strategic goal was its drawing closer to Euro-Atlantic organisations. In connection with that, Granic stressed the importance of the Stability Pact as a model of permanent stabilisation of the neighbouring south-east European region. The Irish official conveyed his government's readiness to help Croatia and relay its experience in drawing closer to Euro-Atlantic associations. The two ministers concluded that Croatian-Irish relations were good and expressed a wish for further intensifying the economic as well as all other forms of cooperation, the statement said.(hina) rml
