The Bosnian Serb justice minister told reporters in Banja Luka on Thursday at he had learned about the existence of a list of names which could be interesting to The Hague tribunal with regard to the Milosevic case as witnesses, but he added, the manes "could also appear on the list of indictees." "I've learned from a very trustworthy source that on the list are Momcilo Krajisnik, the late Nikola Koljevic, Biljana Plavsic, and I am fourth," Trbojevic said, adding he obtained the information from "some intelligence services." Trbojevic said he personally had no insight in the list of persons secretly indicted by The Hague tribunal. The justice minister reminded that former chief prosecutor Louise Arbour had offered to make the names public if Bosnian Serb authorities immediately arrested the indictees. Her offer was refused.
