The White Book, which includes all documents on Croatia's
cooperation with the Tribunal so far will be presented to the
Government and the public on Thursday, after which it will be sent
to the Tribunal, U.N. Security Council, and the embassies of the
Contact group countries, said Separovic.
These documents, Separovic said, will once again show that Croatia
has cooperated with the Tribunal and that it continues to do so, as
well as that it will not give up the protection of national
interests or allow that the military-police operations 'Flash' and
'Storm' be treated as crime.
In 1995, the two operations liberated the largest part of Croatia's
territory which the former Yugoslav People's Army (JNA) had
occupied in 1991 and handed over for government to Croatian Serb
secessionists.
Asked to comment on the content of the Government letter to the ICTY
and the Security Council, Separovic said the letter would be made
public on Wednesday, stressing it contained the Government's
reaction to ICTY President's objections regarding 'Croatia's non-
co-operation' with the Tribunal.
