CRO GOVT COUNCIL FOR COOPERATION WITH ICTY BEGINS SESSION

ZAGREB, Aug 31 (Hina) - The Croatian government's Council for cooperation with The Hague-based International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia on Tuesday afternoon began a session in Zagreb. According to Council president, Justice Minister Zvonimir Separovic, the Council will discuss the contents of the White Book on Croatia's cooperation with the tribunal so far, and a letter which the government will forward to the United Nations Security Council and the tribunal. The Council will also discuss the organisational issues of the Office for cooperation with The Hague tribunal, active within the Ministry of Justice. Speaking about the contents of the White Book, Minister Separovic said they show that Croatia has cooperated with the tribunal since its inception.
