WASHINGTON, Aug 26 (Hina) - The United States share dissatisfaction of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) and, at the highest level, called on the Croatian Government to fulfil its obligations and
cooperate with The Hague tribunal, the State Department said in a statement issued on Thursday. The State Department deputy spokesman, James Foley, told reporters the United States did not believe that Croatia's hesitation to extradite Mladen Naletilic Tuta was justified, as well as the dispute of ICTY's jurisdiction for possible criminal acts committed during the Croatian military and police operations of "Flash" and "Storm" which liberated a part of Croatian territory of Serb occupation.(hina) it
