ZAGREB/THE HAGUE, Aug 10 (Hina) - Vinko Martinovic Stela will attend a hearing before the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) on Thursday, the Tribunal said in a statement Tuesday. Martinovic will go
before ICTY judges at 16.00 hours on Thursday in chamber I, the statement said. On Thursday Stela will say whether he feels guilty or not guilty for all the counts of crimes in the indictment issued against him. The hearing will be open for the public.(hina) lml
