GOSPIC GOSPIC, July 7 (Hina) - A delegation of the European Union, headed by the chief of the EU office in Korenica, Casper Le Mahien, on Wednesday held talks with Ivica Matajia, deputy mayor of Gospic, a town about 150 kilometres
south of Zagreb. The two officials discussed economic, security and humanitarian issues. The reconstruction of homes and municipal infrastructure in Gospic is being completed. According to Matajia, the security situation is good and 40 members of the Serb minority have returned to the Mogoric and Medak regions in the past three months. The president of the town's housing commission, Ivica Puskaric, said that 136 applications for return have been processed, and added that returnees are returning mostly spontaneously.(hina) it
