ZAGREB, 7 July (Hina) - Turkish and Croatian business delegations, led by Turkey's Ambassador Selahattin Alpar and Croatian Chamber of Commerce (HGK) president Nadan Vidosevic, on Wednesday held talks on cooperation and investments
into Croatia's tourism sector. The meeting was suggested by Ambassador Alpar, as a result of the establishment of a working committee for tourism, set up in February 1999. The purpose of the committee is to stimulate the arrival of Turkish tourists in Croatia, especially in Dalmatia and Istria. The committee also provides detailed information for potential private investors from Turkey. Today's preliminary meeting, which was held at the HGK, was not attended by representatives of Croatian commercial banks, through which investments should be carried out. on cooperation and investments into Croatia's tourism sector.
The meeting was suggested by Ambassador Alpar, as a result of the
