ZAGREB, June 10 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Zlatko Matesa on Thursday received a business delegation of Germany's province Carinthia, headed by the province's president, Joerg Haider. The Government's Public and Media Relations
Office said in a statement the two sides spoke about economic relations between Croatia and Carinthia, their present cooperation and future joint projects. They tackled projects in banking, industry, energy supply and tourism. Expressing satisfaction with very good economic relations, both sides stressed the importance of regional connection and joint action on economic projects within the Apls-Adriatic region. Some projects are already underway, and Croatia is, with the cooperation of the Hypo Bank, drawing up a package of some thirty projects from the fields of industry and tourism, worth DM80 million.
