Marceta said 5.018 Serbs have returned to Drvar so far. As only 50 have been registered at the police administration, the Croat representatives expressed dissatisfaction with the uncontrollable return of Serbs. The political and security situation in the municipality was described as satisfactory. Luzanski stressed the situation must be supervised "because of the uncontrolled return of Serbs, so incidents which are becoming more frequent, could be avoided". He asked support of the international community in the implementation of Annex 7 of the Dayton peace accords, pertaining to the two-way return of refugees and displaced persons to the Bosnian Federation and Bosnian Serb republic of Republika Srpska.
