ZAGREB, June 7 (Hina) - Croatian Premier Zlatko Matesa on Monday received the United Nations' High Commissioner for Refugees, Sadako Ogata, who is on a visit to Croatia. Croatia is earmarking considerable means and making efforts to
enable all displaced people and refugees to return to their homes, Matesa said at the talks, the Croatian Government's Public and Media Relations Office said in a statement. A good economic infrastructure in the war-affected areas is the most important precondition for a successful return of refugees, Matesa said. The High Commissioner agreed with the Croatian premier that economic stability was the main precondition for stability in the region and added one could see that Croatia had made some progress in the return of refugees and displaced people.
