GOVERNOR ALOMAR TO VISIT CROATIA ON JULY 1

ZAGREB, June 30 (Hina) - The Governor of the Council of Europe's Fund for Social Development, Raphael Alomar, and the executive director of the Loan Fund directorate, Rainer Steckhan, will be visiting Croatia between July 1 and 4, at the invitation of the Croatian Government, the Croatian Finance Ministry reported on Wednesday. Alomar will hold talks with the Croatian Finance Minister, Borislav Skegro, Foreign Minister Mate Granic, Croatian Minister for European Integration Ljerka Mintas-Hodak, Reconstruction and Development Minister Jure Radic, Education and Sport Minister Bozidar Pugelnik, representatives of the Croatian Health Ministry, and the president of the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development's Board, Anton Kovacev. They will address the cooperation in the successful implementation of reconstruction projects of health and education infrastructure in eastern Slavonia, financed by joint loans of the Fund and funds from the Croatian budget. The officials will also address future project which could be financed by the Fund. Alomar is also scheduled to visit the southern Adriatic town of Dubrovnik. (hina) it
