role of the Church in the peace process in Kosovo and assistance to displaced persons and refugees. "Churches can appeal from and ethical and moral point of view, those who start wars may not hear, but a lot can be done in the humanitarian sense," Croatian Bishops' Conference secretary-general Antun Skvorcevic said.
