ZAGREB, June 21 (Hina) - Croatian Premier Zlatko Matesa on Monday received World Bank vice president Johannes Linn with whom he discussed cooperation, and especially the reform of Croatia's pension system and the stabilisation of the banking sector. Croatia and the World Bank are satisfied with the cooperation achieved in the last six years, the two officials said. During this time, the World Bank has granted US$818 million of loans for Croatian projects, and millions of dollars for technical assistance. Since 1993, the World Bank has greatly contributed to the reconstruction of Croatia and to the adjustment and restructuring of certain sectors, Premier Matesa told reporters after the talks.
