"Both sides believe the processes happening in the world can be
solved only peacefully and through agreement, by respecting the
principles of all countries, of all peoples," Domazet told
reporters after the talks with Fulin, who headed a high-ranking
Chinese military delegation.
Domazet said the visit of the Chinese delegation represents the
continuation of the cooperation initiated by Croatian Defence
Minister Pavao Miljavac on a visit to China.
Domazet said the talks also discussed the state of security in the
world. The Croatian side acquainted their Chinese colleagues with
the organisation, strategy and new doctrine of the Croatian armed
force.
Domazet and Fulin advocated the improvement of cooperation between
Croatia and China, to be continued also on the level of expert
teams.
Fulin said he would like Croatian-Chinese relations to improve, as
well as for both countries to establish successful cooperation in
mutual interest.
Croatia and China have good bilateral relations, and relations
between the two armies are also good, the Chinese army's deputy
chief-of-staff said, adding China wanted improved friendship and
stronger cooperation.
Fulin said he was sure the present visit would be completely
successful.
