ZAGREB POLICE REPORT ON ATTACK ON SOCIALIST WORKERS' PARTY HEAD ZAGREB, June 3 (Hina) - Socialist Workers' Party president Stipe Suvar suffered light injuries after being attacked by an unknown man in Zagreb around noon on Thursday,
the Zagreb Police administration reported, adding they were intensively looking for the culprit. Suvar was approached by an unknown man at 11.45am in Senoa Street. After insulting him, the man pulled out a gun, put it behind Suvar's ear, and then hit him on the nape. A friend of Suvar's, Ninoslav K., tried to stop the attacker, who however hit Suvar on the head two more times before running away. A description says the man is aged between 20 and 25, lean, 170cm tall, and was dressed in black jeans, a white shirt and a black jacket.(hina) ha
