According to a statement from the Croatian government's Public and Media Relations Office, Mintas-Hodak acquainted the EU observers with the current political situation in Croatia, and Croatian government activities relating to European integration. Mintas-Hodak pointed to Croatia's strategic commitment to fully take part in European integration processes, and advocated objectivity in evaluating progress in complying with internationally undertaken obligations.
