Council of Europe Secretary-General Daniel Tarschys, the President of the Council of Europe's Parliamentary Assembly, Lord Russell Johnston, as well as representatives of the European Union, Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe, and the United Nations will speak about the future of a united Europe at the Hungarian Parliament.
