NIKOLA RACIC DECLARED MOST SUCCESSFUL TOURISM MANAGER IN EUROPE

ZAGREB, May 24 (Hina) - Deputy Director of the Croatian Tourist Association (HTZ) Nikola Racic was proclaimed the most successful manager in Europe in the field of the congress and business tourism at the European Incentive and Business Travel and Meetings Exhibition (EIBTM), held recently in Geneva, the HTZ reported on Monday. The award was presented to Racic by the president of the most significant stock exchange of congress tourism and special arrangements, Ray Bloom. According to the HTZ, the award came at the perfect moment for the Croatian tourism, because foreign media have presented Croatia to the world as a safe and attractive tourist destination. Successful presentations for 14 groups, representatives of international corporations and organisations, and reporters from the United States, Canada Germany , England, Belgium, Sweden, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Italy, were organised at the HTZ pavilion at the EIBTM. The EIBTM gathered 2,500 exhibitors from 112 countries, and 3,500 owners and directors of international corporations, multinational companies, presidents and secretary generals of international organisations and editors of the world's most significant television stations and newspapers.
