ZAGREB, May 27 (Hina) - Croatian President Franjo Tudjman on Thursday received a delegation of the Croatian National Bank (HNB), on the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the national currency - kuna. President Tudjman pointed to
the importance of the decision to introduce the kuna five years ago, when a part of the Croatian territory was occupied, and the state cared for hundreds of thousands of refugees. Present during the talks were HNB Governor and Vice Governor, Marko Skreb and Relja Martic, Tudjman's Chief-of-Staff Ivica Kostovic, and President's advisors Pero Jurkovic and Ivica Pasalic, the President's Office reported.(hina) it/ha
