Kosovo to the Tribunal's prosecutors. All states and organisations which have information on alleged crimes, which are within the Tribunal's jurisdiction, should make such information available to the Prosecutor without delay, McDonald said in a letter to the foreign ministers of NATO member-states, published on Thursday by the ICTY. Although the tribunal has the mandate to investigate, prosecute and conduct trials, it cannot do it without active help by the international community, the ICTY president said in the letter.
