ZAGREB, Mar 28 (Hina) - The president of the Croatian Victimology Society on Sunday forwarded an open letter to The Hague tribunal's chief prosecutor requesting the indictment of Slobodan Milosevic. "The news that Louise Arbour has
only reprimanded and warned Milosevic has justifiably met with revolt among all who know the tasks and past work of The Hague tribunal," Zvonimir Separovic said in the letter to Arbour, chief prosecutor of The Hague-based International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. Separovic said the "reprimand and warning" had come at a time when Kosovo was besieged by terror, killings, exiles, and Yugoslav paramilitary forces. collected no longer, it is piling up and exists in abundance,"
Separovic said in the letter.
