Prlic announced an international forum will be held in Tuzla from
May 26 to 28, at which 200 scientists from Bosnia-Herzegovina and
neighbouring countries will discuss the strengthening of state
institutions and the establishment of market economy as
preconditions for entering the European Union, the development of
production for the 21st century, macroeconomic reforms and
preparations for foreign investments.
The forum, "Perspectives", described as the biggest economy
conference this year in Bosnia-Herzegovina, will offer a
contingency plan for the development of Bosnia-Herzegovina for the
beginning of the third millennium. The plan will be submitted to
international and domestic factors, and its goal is to strengthen
institutions deciding on the economic development of Bosnia-
Herzegovina.
