BONN, April 1 (Hina) - Participants of a conference on refugees and stability in the southeast of Europe on Thursday discussed ways of organising help and care for Kosovo refugees in Albania, Macedonia and Montenegro, while other
countries are not pressurised into receiving refugees, Croatian Foreign Minister Mate Granic said at the end of the conference in Bonn. Granic stressed the EU had established a group to deal with organising urgent assistance to refugees. "All countries on the first line gave support to theseeforts of the EU," Granic said. organising help and care for Kosovo refugees in Albania, Macedonia
and Montenegro, while other countries are not pressurised into
receiving refugees, Croatian Foreign Minister Mate Granic said at
the end of the conference in Bonn.

Although Montenegro is a part of FR Yugoslavia, the international

Granic reiterated the stance expressed at the conference that it

Participants of the conference also gave support to NATO efforts to
force Serbian authorities and Yugoslav President Slobodan
Milosevic adopt the plan from Rambouillet, mwaning they should
cease military activities in Kosovo and accept the arrival of
peace-keeping troops.
The conference gathered foreign ministers of the European Troika --
Germany, Austria and Finland, as well as from Croatia, Bosnia-
Herzegovina, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Romania, Albania, Slovenia and
Hungary.
Also participating were European commissioners Emma Bonino and
Hans van den Broek, chairman of the Organisation for Security and
Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Knut Volleabek and the UN High
Commissioner for Refugees, Sadako Ogata.
