ZAGREB, March 31 (Hina) - Immediately after his meeting with the US Secretary of States Madeleine Albright in Washington on Wednesday, Croatian Foreign Minister Mate Granic is to fly to Bonn for a meeting between foreign ministers of
the European Union troika and of eight countries in the neighbourhood of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (FRY). According to a statement issued on Tuesday by the foreign ministry of Germany, which currently holds the EU presidency, the aim of the Bonn conference is to co-ordinate political measures in order to stabilise the crisis in the region and to co-ordinate the humanitarian aid in order to improve the condition of Kosovo refugees who found shelter in countries in the region. Croatian Foreign Minister Mate Granic is to fly to Bonn for a
meeting between foreign ministers of the European Union troika and
of eight countries in the neighbourhood of the Federal Republic of
Yugoslavia (FRY).
According to a statement issued on Tuesday by the foreign ministry

counterparts from Austria, Germany and Finland.
Present at the conference which will be chaired by German Foreign
Minister Joscka Fischer, will be also EU commissioners, Emma Bonino
and Hans van den Broek, the UN High Commissioner for Refugees,
Sadako Ogata, and the OSCE chairman, Knut Vollebaek.
