SARAJEVO, Apr 1 (Hina) - The President of Bosnia's Croat-Muslim Federation, Ivo Andric Luzanski, on Thursday held talks in Sarajevo with Britain's ambassador to Bosnia, Graham Hand. The talks focused on the "Non Paper" document of
Bosnia's Croatian Democratic Union which points to the unfavourable position of Croats in Bosnia. According to a statement from Luzanski's Office, the British diplomat assessed the document as "serious and constructive." The two officials stated it was necessary to also discuss a proposal for relocating the Federation's capital from Sarajevo to Travnik, as well a canton reorganisation. Luzanski and Hand agreed it was necessary to legally regulate citizenship issues and the issue of security services in the Federation. They emphasised it was necessary to shed light on all acts of terrorism.(hina) ha jn
