JAIPUR, March 30 (Hina) - During its visit to India, a delegation of

The hosts in this Indian state were also acquainted with Croatia's
views on NATO air strikes against Yugoslavia (Serbia/Montenegro).
Speaking to reporters, Seks recalled that India had expressed its
reservations about the NATO air raids. According to this Croatian
official, the sympathy of a majority on the Indian political scene
shown for the current Yugoslavia is linked with sympathy for the
former the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (SFRY) and
Tito's leadership in the Non-Alignment Movement.
Our task is to use the current and future talks to show that such
Yugoslavia (as SFRY) does not exist any longer but that Serbia is in
question, Seks added.
At the meetings with Indian representatives, Croatia's MPs pointed
to the reasons for the NATO operation and informed their
interlocutors of the Croatian official stand on the developments in
Yugoslavia (Serbia/Montenegro).
The Croatian view on the NATO military operation was one of the main
topics of the interview given by Seks to the Sky television and the

Seks also recalled the historical ties between Croatia and India
dating back to 16th century when Dubrovnik merchants set up a
shipping and commercial colony in Goa. He spoke of the role of a
