ZAGREB, Mar 5 (Hina) - The Foreign Ministers of Croatia and Slovenia, Mate Granic and Boris Frlec, on Thursday discussed the resolution of open issues between the two countries, and especially how to overcome problems in bordering
Piran Bay. According to a statement the Croatian Foreign Ministry issued on Friday, "The two ministers discussed further steps and activities towards the resolution of remaining open issues in Croatian-Slovene relations, as well as contacts between competent bodies to the effect of overcoming the situation in Piran Bay." The two ministers also tackled possible subjects for a meeting between the two countries' premiers, which is expected in the near future. The Slovene Foreign Ministry on Friday said in a statement the two premiers would meet on March 12, and that the place of the meeting has not yet been decided.(hina) ha mm
