ZAGREB, March 22 (Hina) - An invitation for a meeting, which is to be held on April 9, has been forwarded to all parties of the Croatian National Sabor, the president of the ruling Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) at the Croatian National Sabor's House of Representatives, Vladimir Seks, said on Monday evening. Stand points on the electoral legislature will be discussed at the meeting, Seks said and added that a report of a working group, which was preparing the basics of the new electoral law, had been forwarded to all parties. He said that at least the largest parties should agree on the new electoral law by consensus. When asked to comment on the announced issuing of indictments against three Croatian generals, Seks said the Sabor should not comment on newspaper articles, including those published in the New York Times. He recalled that by the recently endorsed declaration of cooperation between Croatia and the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY), the Sabor concluded that neither The Hague prosecution nor the Tribunal had jurisdiction over the "Flash" and "Storm" military and police operations.
