VIENNA, March 1 (Hina) - Croatian Reconstruction and Development Minister Jure Radic on Monday held talks in Vienna with representatives of the association of Austrian industrialists about possibilities of investments into projects of
reconstruction and development, and the promotion of economic cooperation between Croatia and Austrian industrial concerns. Vice-president of the Association, Helmut Longin, said Austria's second place in direct foreign investments in Croatia showed a very good economic cooperation between the two countries. He added there was a good atmosphere for promoting the cooperation. Radic stressed Croatia was a country in transition which is trying to adjust its laws to EU's standards and legislature, and is offering foreign investors a business partnership in the realisation of various projects, which could be of mutual benefit.(hina) lml
