Special Relations between Croatia and the Federation of Bosnia-
Herzegovina are "for the most part acceptable", Bosnian Federation
Premier Edhem Bicakcic said in Mostar on Friday.
Bicakcic on Friday held talks with Bosniak (Moslem) leaders of the
Herzegovina-Neretva Canton.
Ministries at the Bosnian Federation Government should vote on the
draft annexes by March 31, or draft their own suggestions, he said.
He added in the Bosnian Federation certain areas were not defined

Bicakcic said certain annexes to the Agreement should be harmonised
at the level of Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Describing ideas of a third entity in Bosnia-Herzegovina as
unacceptable, Bicakcic said it was a "frivolous initiative which
has no grounds in the Bosnian Federation Constitution nor the
Dayton Agreement."
"I think it is some kind of a political game," he added.
