said on Thursday. A framework date of the first session of the Council, which was established in line with the Agreement on Special Relations (signed in November 1998 in Zagreb), was March 5. Croatian Foreign Minister Mate Granic last week met BH Ambassador Hasan Muratovic and handed him 12 draft annexes to the Special Relations Agreement. The two officials agreed they would like the first council session to take place as soon as possible.
